AI Grading Platform
GradePro: assignment workflows for students, TAs, and faculty.
Overview
GradePro brings assignment submissions, grading, and feedback into role-based dashboards for students, teaching assistants, and faculty. Built as a team project for Formidium DevFest 4.0 Goa.
What it does
- Upload PDF, DOC, and DOCX assignments and track submission status.
- Review submissions, assign grades, and give students feedback.
- Manage courses, assignments, and teaching assistants from a faculty dashboard.
- Access dedicated plagiarism-check and course analytics workflows.
The problem
In a large class, assignments pass between students, teaching assistants, and faculty. GradePro brings submission tracking, grading progress, and feedback into one workflow, with a separate interface for each role.
Inside the project
The web interface uses Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, connected to a Node.js and Express API. Cloudinary handles document uploads, and JWT authentication supports protected role-based access. The source includes student, TA, faculty, evaluation, plagiarism-check, and analytics screens.
Team and source
Built with Jasharaj Mallick, Shadan Hussain, and Kalicharan. This is a collaborative project; the linked repository contains the web interface and setup instructions.
